Beef and Bow Tie Pasta



Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean Hamburger
  • 2-10 ounce cans chopped asparagus
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1 large beef bouillon cube
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 4 cups cooked Farfalle(Bow tie Pasta)
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon dried basil leaves
  • 3 Tablespoons sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmasean cheese

Directions

Brown the hamburger

Drain and set aside

Dissolve the bouillon cube in the boiling water

In the pan where the hamburger was browned cook onion in 1 1/2 cup of the beef bouillon until almost evaporated

Add asparagus and cook until hot

Mix all ingredients except the Parmesan cheese in a pot and cook while stirring until all is hot

Sprinkle with cheese and serve
