Beef and Bow Tie Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean Hamburger
- 2-10 ounce cans chopped asparagus
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 large beef bouillon cube
- 2 cups boiling water
- 4 cups cooked Farfalle(Bow tie Pasta)

- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon dried basil leaves
- 3 Tablespoons sun dried tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Parmasean cheese

Directions
Brown the hamburger
Drain and set aside
Dissolve the bouillon cube in the boiling water
In the pan where the hamburger was browned cook onion in
1 1/2 cup of the
beef bouillon until almost evaporated
Add asparagus and cook until hot
Mix all ingredients except the Parmesan cheese
in a pot and cook while
stirring until all is hot
Sprinkle with cheese and serve
